Vision, project design and planning
My vision for my project was to learn and adapt my knowledge of the music industry and apply my skills to recording music sessions to advance myself imaginatively, and entrepreneurial to reach what I want to do professionally in my career goals. I think my documentation is lacking a little in the timeline of my project, as in hind sight I should of planned my project to a timeline to make my organisational skills more effective. I feel my objectives for my project were the strongest element throughout my journey, looking back over my objectives I think I have conveys a understanding of what I wanted to achieve at the end of my project.
Management and Realisation
Looking at my management and realisation of my project I feel my management skills could of been more organised throughout my approach to professional directions. As I was working on my own throughout the project I feel I didn't have much experience of self-management. However I have gained skills such as networking, and marketing. If I was to do my project again I'd shadow a professional in the production management industry to develop my management skills in liaison and organisation.
Rigour and professionalism
I think my my documentation is evident of a thorough knowledge and understanding of my area of practice. I acted professional through my exploration and reflection of my project, engaging in the music and production side of Ballyhoo Music Sessions. Being critical about my project I think I could of been much more rigorous, being careful with my planning of the project and committing myself to researching into more depth and refinement. I feel my project was creative in the sense that I wanted to try something different and create something new and different.
Clarity of documentation
My navigation of my documentation is clear to navigate, and offers a clear account of my project. I feel for the style of project I was portray using Weebly to convey my values was well suited. Critically I think some element of my project are missing, and if I'd been more organised these aspect would of be inputted.
Critical evaluationThe evidence of my process took a thoughtful, reflective, and insight into my experience throughout my journey. I express my key influences through links to other music blog sites, and informing my thinking through interviewing someone who's in the music production industry. I gained knowledge through expressing my passion for music, and putting myself out in the world creating a name for myself, Ballyhoo Music Sessions, which could aid my professional career goals after university.
